Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-05-07
Acceptance
By signing in to Probably Five with your Atlassian account or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't sign in.
The service
Probably Five is an async pre-sprint estimation tool that integrates with Atlassian Jira and Slack. It is provided "as is." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy of estimates, fitness for any particular purpose, or compatibility with any specific Atlassian or Slack configuration.
Your account
Your access is gated by your Atlassian sign-in. If you lose access to your Atlassian account, your access to Probably Five lapses with it. You're responsible for the actions taken under your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to attempt to breach Atlassian's, Slack's, or our own systems.
- Don't post content into the app that violates law, Atlassian's terms, Slack's terms, or your employer's policies.
- Don't impersonate other users.
Privacy
See the privacy policy for what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights of access and deletion under the Atlassian Personal Data Reporting API contract.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probably Five is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profit, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any user or workspace at our discretion, with or without notice, including (without limitation) for abuse, security risk, or non-payment of any fees that may apply. On termination, your access ends; the data-handling rules in the privacy policy continue to govern any retained records.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
